Criteria
- Minimum 1 year regular employee with company
- Lives and works within Metro Manila
- Sorry, no OFWs
- Sorry, no allottee loans
- Minimum net monthly income of ₱20,000
Requirements
- Payslip (latest 2 months)
- Certificate of employment
- Company ID
- Proof of billing
- If under a different name, put a note stating how you're connected to the person on the bill.
- Latest 2 months statement of checking account.
- We accept statement or screenshot from online banking.
Co-maker requirements
- Proof of billing
- If under a different name, put a note stating how co-maker is connected to the person on the bill.
- ID with photo & signature
How to apply
- Download the application form here.
- No need to print, sign, and scan the application form.
- Simply fill it out in Excel and email the file to us along with the other requirements.

- Scan or take pictures of the requirements and documents.
